Starting us off on the last day of the Literary Festival is James Charlton running a playwriting workshop at 10.30 in room R101, so come along and learn the basis of playwriting.
Then, at 12.30 in room CG76, we have crime novelist Patrick Redmond, who will be talking about his work and the wide genre of crime itself.
At 2.30 in room C114 we have a fantastic talk on children’s books from Mara Bergman, editor at Walker Books.
Love Agatha Christie? Then come along at 4pm in room C122 for a talk on the best-selling female author from Middlesex Academic Merja Makinen.
And finally wrapping up the day is acclaimed author Charles Palliser at 5.30 in room C122. This promises to be a great discussion on all things to do with screenwriting, so come along!
The festival is open to students, staff and the public, and is free to attend.
