Edward Stern – Lead Writer, Splash Damage
Edward Stern studied Medieval and Modern History at Glasgow University, then worked in performing arts, production management, TV production and freelance journalism before joining Splash Damage in 2002 where’s he’s been ever since as game designer, game writer or both. He worked on Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory, Enemy Territory: Quake Wars, Brink (for which he was nominated for Best Game Writing by both the US and UK Writer’s Guilds), RAD Soldiers, and Batman: Arkham Origins multiplayer. He’s given talks on game writing at Develop, Explay, Rezzed, London College of Communications, London South Bank University, the Writer’s Guild and BAFTA. When not writing games, he doesn’t write novels or screenplays either.
