26th of March, 4.45pm: Flash Fiction

Flash Fiction by Marta Magnowska

Flash Fiction is an exciting event taking place on the 26th March 2013; all students and the public are invited to join us at 4:45pm in the afternoon for an array of short fiction. Held in the Rickett Quadrangle in the College Building at Middlesex University’s Hendon Campus you can listen to inspired writers taking the plunge and reading some of their best fiction.

There are only 10-12 places available with each reading lasting between 5-7 minutes. We are looking for a maximum of 300 words so keep it short but have fun with it; if you have an interest in writing and want to release your creative flare then get in touch and take your opportunity. The event will be compered by Helen Bagnall from Salon and The Literary Platform.

You never know what you can find; there could be everything from romance to horror or you could even hear something completely new.

So come along because you may even stumble upon the next famous fiction writer or it even might be you!

For full details of how to book your place on the Flash Fiction stage contact Lucy on the North London Literary Festival student team by ld454@live.mdx.ac.uk.
